Inland Empire Harm Reduction (IEHR) is a community-based public health organization working to improve the health and wellbeing of people affected by drug use in the Inland Empire region of Riverside and San Bernardino counties, also known as the unceded communal lands of the Cahuilla, Luiseño, Tongva and Serrano peoples.

Inland Empire Harm Reduction is a state-authorized Syringe Services Program (SSP). Call or text our reporting line to report syringe litter. You can also call or text our general number, (951) 446-0983, to schedule delivery and disposal of syringes; more information can be found on our “Services (Overview)” page and under “Syringe Access, Disposal and Litter Pick-Up.”
